📣 Community Invitation: Critical Minerals & Mining Conversation 📣
Members of Eel River Bar First Nation are invited to take part in an important community conversation about critical minerals and mining in New Brunswick.
The North Shore Mi'kmaq Tribal Council (NSMTC) Energy Services Department has received funding through Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)’s Indigenous Natural Resources Partnership to support member communities in building knowledge and capacity around this topic.
Information has been gathered on planned and potential mines, including where they may be located and the possible opportunities, benefits, and risks for our communities. These sessions are an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and share perspectives.
