It was such a success last year, giving people a chance to come together as a community and find some summer joy in our spectacular Scottish Summer !!!

This wee outside practice will be full of joy love and fun to connect us all together? and with the lovely Scottish summer? ( bring a rain jacket just in case!?️)

We are running this practice free of charge but would love if you would kindly donate to the amazing West Lothian 50+ Network Charity ( more details below) West Lothian 50 Plus Network 
All you need to do it bring a mat, towel or even camping chair, some family and friends, a bit of spare change and an open heart to spend a morning feeling amazing in the beautiful outdoors. 

Yoga practice details:
? Location - Xcite Bathgate - Football pitches behind the playpark
? Date - SUNDAY 26 JULY 10.30-11.30
? Duration - approx 45 min  
? Suitable for all the family - only gentle fun not bendy pretzel yoga!
? Bring a yoga mat or a towel  or a chair - you can just sit and soak up the summer energy ( aka have a wee giggle at everyone else) if that is what you feel like doing on the day. 
? Water and cakes for sale
? Practice is free BUT donations  are very welcome. 

The West Lothian 50 Plus Network ( https://westlothian50plusnetwork.co.uk/)is an amazing charity offering many many free/low cost groups and gatherings for the West Lothian over 50's. There offer loads of options including coffee chats, yoga , crafting, art workshops, choirs and trips away to all sorts of places. Like so many charities they are non profit and so need to top up their funds by offering art sales and quiz nights and now OUTSIDE YOGA to help run all these essential spaces for folk to meet, connect, blether learn new skills and enhance lives all round!! 

We would LOVE if you would be able to join the WL 50+ yogis in celebrating summer, yoga and life in general with this first time for us outside yoga practice - WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN !!!
