Join Nicola’s for a Yoga Walk in Nature, lovingly facilitated by Sharon Kilgour, whose knowledge, presence and understanding of yoga and wellbeing are truly amazing.

This gentle session combines:
✨ Slow, mindful walking
✨ Pauses in nature
✨ Simple, accessible stretches
✨ Breath awareness to calm the nervous system

?‍♀️ No yoga experience needed
? No pressure or fitness expectations
? Go at your own pace

This session forms part of our Gentle January wellbeing theme, supporting rest, grounding and regulation during the winter months.

Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth and care to her sessions, creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels supported — whether you’re new to yoga or returning gently after a break.

Perfect if:

	•	You want gentle movement rather than exercise
	•	You’d like to calm your mind and body
