Calm and Reset Yoga Workshop

If you feel you could do with a moment of calm, please join me in my upcoming workshop, Calm and Reset.

Soothe your nervous system with 2 hours of time just for you!

Yoga, extended relaxation, mindful craft session (we will make some bath salts to take home) and time for chat and discussion and of course tea and cake!

Saturday 29th November 10am til 12.15pm This event will have limited places to allow me to create a small group, safe space for you in a smaller room at Boghall Drop in Centre.
