Kula Heart is excited to offer Yoga in the Arboretum!!
Join us each Saturday at 9am for an All Levels Yoga class. Bring your mat and any props that can assist you in your practice.
All Level Yoga: This is an all levels class and is suitable for just about anyone. This class is designed to open the body with gentle, slow, and traditional yoga postures and movements. It's a combination of postures coordinated with the breath, performed at a gentle pace which allows time to be present in each pose. If you feel you can't keep up accept where you are in this very moment and appreciate the breath, rest in a child's pose or seated on your mat.
Location: Graver Arboretum of Muhlenberg College
Parking: 1581 Bushkill Center Rd. Nazareth, PA 18064 (Entrance just North of Sign, follow driveway to Barn and Parking Lot)
Weather: Shine weather only. You will be notificed if class is canceled by your Wix Account Email and Facebook Event Post.
Time: 9-10am please arrive promptly before 9:00 a.m. to set up your space.
Bring: Bottled water, hand towel, yoga mat and props(blocks, strap if you need). Consider comfortable walking shoes, a packed brunch, sun block, bug spray and a beach towel to place under your mat on the grass.
Wear layers as the seasons are changing!
Bathroom: there is a porta-potty at the barn/parking lot.
