A Winter Solstice with Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Join Kula Heart for a special yoga practice to mark the start to winter and set an intention for the season to come.

We will relax with calming singing bowl music while Karen leads you through a restorative yoga session. Time will be given to reflect on the equinox and prepare for winter. Together the sound and stillness will rejuvenate your soul.
