Drawing on classic yoga postures, the gentle flow of tai chi, and the energy of karate, Thermoflow moves through sequences designed to stretch, tone and revitalise — all within the healing, mineral-enriched waters that have drawn visitors to Bath for centuries.
Following your class, unwind with a two-hour Thermae Welcome spa session, complete with use of a towel and robe, the perfect close to a restorative morning.
