Together, they’ll explore topics including building confidence in running, overcoming mental and physical barriers, the power of community, and how strength training can elevate your running performance.Following the panel, it’s time to move. We’ve mapped out a 1.4km loop around our beautiful city, and you’re in complete control. Choose your pace, decide how many laps you’d like to complete, and enjoy plenty of encouragement and support along the way.To round off the morning, we’ll head back to Coppa Club: The Bath Townhouse for a light bite on us. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, share running anecdotes, and maybe even meet some new training partners.
