🌿 Systemic Constellation Healing 🌿
Systemic Constellation (also known as Family Constellation Therapy) is a powerful healing modality that explores how unseen family, ancestral, and relational dynamics influence our lives. Developed by Bert Hellinger, this approach works with the understanding that we are deeply connected to our family systems—and that unresolved experiences within those systems can be carried unconsciously across generations.
✨ How the Process Works
In a Systemic Constellation session, an issue is gently explored through the lens of the whole system rather than focusing only on the individual. This can be done in a group setting (using participants as representatives) or one-on-one (using objects, symbols, or guided visualization).
The process typically involves:
*Identifying a challenge (emotional, relational, physical, or spiritual)
*Representing key elements of the system (family members, ancestors, emotions, or patterns)
*Observing how these elements interact energetically within the field
*Allowing insights, movements, and healing phrases to emerge naturally
*Restoring balance, order, and flow within the system
The work unfolds intuitively, often revealing hidden loyalties, inherited burdens, or unresolved grief that may not be consciously known but are deeply felt.

Workshop is scheduled 1-5 pm. But if we are on a roll and people want to go long, we can stay longer.
