This is a place where you can fully drop into your body, connect with your baby and allow yourself to be seen, heard, held and witnessed unapologetically.Sitting in circle with women, especially during pregnancy (when the veil between the worlds is thinner), is a gift to you and your child within. In times not so long ago, women would have gathered togehter in sacred circle to be witnessed by women who have already travelled through these rites of passages. Joining us in this ancient practice is the deepest form of rebellion and reclamation, if you feel the call within say YES. Come and be held by the great mother herself at Westons beautiful farm and spend time with other women who really understand the importance of the reclamation of physiological birth and are dedicating their souls work to the reclamation of BIRTH the way nature intended. About the facilitators:Livi: An ex-NHS midwife & current birthkeeper, mother, flower farmer and circle facilitator who believes deeply in the power of community and nature.Lindsay: A seedling birthkeeper and mother. In an ongoing journey of self discovery. Imensly passionate about the liberation of physiological BIRTH and reremembering the sacredness of what it means to be a woman.Note on the way of council: we follow the ancient guidlines which orients towards witnessing and conciously listening to all members of the circle, not trying to jump in or 'fix' anyone. When talking we encourage everyone to drop deeper into their bodies and speak from the heart with the talking piece. There is a container of 'whatever is said in council, stays in council'. This holding helps us to let us easy our minds, reach into our hearts and truly witness one another with whatever is present in the moment, free of judgement. There will be warming drinks and some norishing snacks avaliable. So please do let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
