We're so pleased you're looking to improve your fitness, get motivated and learn how to Nordic walk. Before you can join any of our Nordic walks or courses you need to learn the Nordic walking technique at one of our fun Beginner Workshops.
You'll only need to attend one Workshop and each group has maximum group of 6 people. We'll find the correct poles for your height, cover basic Nordic Walking technique and chat about future walking and what is right for you.
And once completed you can book your first hour-long Nordic walking class for FREE!
Each Workshop takes around 60-75 minutes (although you won’t be Nordic walking all this time) and costs £15. We always supply poles for free. Once booked we'll send more details, but if you have any questions don't hesitate to call us on 07886 885213.
