Jurassic Express (Swanage) Trail Run 2026

Our most popular event returns. The Jurassic Express Trail Run starts on the beautiful Swanage seafront and takes you on an unforgettable journey through some of the South's most iconic scenery.

From the moment you set off, you'll be treated to epic coastal and castle views, running past highlights such as Old Harry Rocks, Studland, and Corfe Castle. The hard-packed chalk and sandy trails make for a smooth, enjoyable run, perfect for those chasing a time or anyone looking to experience the joy of trail running in a truly spectacular setting.

The adventure doesn't end at the finish line, you'll complete your run at the historic ruins of Corfe Castle, before boarding a private steam train. As the train carries you back to Swanage, you can sit back, relax, and reflect on a trail run you'll remember for years to come.
