Introduction to Yoga - 6 Week Taster Course

Join Bath Mind for a six week introduction to yoga. The relaxing weekly yoga workshops will provide you with a peaceful calm which you can take into the rest of your week.

Open to anyone aged 16+ living in Bath and North East Somerset. No experience necessary, all abilities welcome.
