He has a wide career path in restaurants and bars in Bath and London where he has collaborated in the creation of wine lists in different establishments. In Comptoir, he is running the business since the opening. His passion and dedication for French wines drove him to develop his wine knowledge and achieve an Advance Sommelier qualification.
