- **Event Description**: Join me for an evening of deep rest and intention setting with the vibrations of The Gong, Singing Bowls and Chimes. This session will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra, also known as 'Yogic Sleep', allowing you to set your own personal intention or 'San Kalpa' during the gong bath.

A Gong Bath offers a great way to rest; close your eyes, and practise the art of 'being' rather than 'doing' as the only requirement is to lay down and receive the gift of the instruments.
The resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a sense of peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 

Please bring a yoga/camp mat, blanket, a pillow for your head and an eye covering (even a sock or scarf will do!) as well as warm comfortable clothing.
