Imagine being immersed in beautiful sounds that are healing to your body, mind and soul. This allows your body to find its natural balance while creating space for insights. People often find resolution for emotional issues and a sense of coming home to themselves. A Sound Bath is an experience which is particular to each person. Multiple instruments will be played creating waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. A Full Sound Bath can be an unforgettable sound experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. Physical injuries can be healed and emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed. Sound Baths can help facilitate a shift in your brainwave state. Through frequency and entrainment with sound it’s possible, and very easy, to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), with majority of people able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta state (where internal healing can occur).
Sound is the vessel to your inner worlds and it allows you to explore these deeper realms. Each instrument creates a different frequency that vibrates in your body guiding you deeper than ever into yourself ..
Melt with us into the Rhythms and Melodies of your Soul??
