Founder Roundtable: Marketing and Communication

Once you know who your customers are, the next question is how to reach them. Marketing and communication often raise more questions than answers: what role should brand play at an early stage, which platforms really matter, is a website essential, and how much should you try to do yourself?

Join us on Thursday, 26th March, 11:00–12:00, for a SETsquared Bath roundtable that will give members the chance to explore these questions together.

The session is an open forum where you set the agenda. In discussion with two marketing experts and our Entrepreneurs in Residence, we might look at:

• How to think about brand and messaging in the early days
• Which platforms connect best with different audiences
• What to do in-house, and when outsourcing makes sense
• Reviewing what you already do, and how to link the data back to engagement and sales
• How all these choices fit together to help you reach the right people with the right message

The aim is to leave with a clearer view of where to focus your time and budget, and some practical ideas to take forward in your own business.
