This upper beginner/low intermediate class invites you to slow down and sink into the art of low flow and base work. Designed for dancers with some pole experience, we’ll explore smooth, intentional movement that connects the pole, the floor, and your body as one continuous story.
Class begins with a warm-up, followed by technique and conditioning to build strength, control, and fluidity. You’ll learn buildable choreography that emphasizes seamless transitions, controlled movement, and flow. Expect to incorporate floorwork, spins, transitions, and more.
Heels and barefoot options will both be used. Come prepared for both. Modifications will be offered to meet you where you are.  Wear comfortable dance clothes, bring knee pads and legwarmers or socks.
