We are offering a 3-part Bible Study on the story of Noah and the Ark! Amazingly there are some 200 flood stories around the world! What can we know about the flood as told in Genesis? Is it a true story? More of a parable or lesson? Can it offer any insight for when we feel overwhelmed with life...like a great deluge? We will take a look at a few interpretations including that of Emanuel Swedenborg (a scientist mystic and theologian1688-1772) and Edgar Cayce's information (Cayce was known as the "sleeping prophet" and a Christian clairvoyant 1877-1945). Please feel free to join us at the church and bring your curiosity and sense of wonder...and we can supply the coffee! Bible study led by Rev. Alison Lane-Olsen who serves this church as minister.
We are starting this Saturday November 15th 1-2pm
We will also meet Saturday November 22nd and 29th (1-2pm).
