3pm - 60-minute Pilates with Pippa Seaton
4.15pm - 60-minute breath work with Louise Percy
5.15pm - Q&A with Louise & Pippa
Free time to use spa facilities, enjoy a treatment (any treatments need to be booked in advance and are charged as taken)
7.30pm - A specially curated three-course nutritional dinner
7am - Sunrise Yoga with Louise Percy
8am - Breakfast
