It’s a system that shows you how your energy is uniquely designed to operate in the world and how to work with that, instead of against it.

At its core, Human Design brings us back to something simple but powerful
you are not meant to live like everyone else.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of your design in a way that is practical, grounded, and immediately applicable to your life.

We’ll cover

• The five energy types, Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Reflector
• Your Strategy, how to move through life with more ease and less resistance
• Your Authority, how to make decisions that are truly aligned for you
• An introduction to centres, where you are consistent and where you are open to influence
• How to start working with your design in real, everyday ways

This isn’t about learning more information.
It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and beginning to trust the way your energy naturally wants to move.

Expect a mix of teaching, reflection, journalling, and real life integration.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to work with your energy, not against it.
