What to Bring: · Simply be your authentic self. Just be you!! · Your favourite cup for delightful FLYKAKAO (cacao); paper cups will be provided. · Wear light, comfortable layered clothing for easy movement and temperature control. · Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and pen. · A small blanket, as your body temperature may vary during the breath work. Cancellation/Reschedule/Refunds Policy Event Cancellations Shane (Soul Support Holistic Wellness) or Mel (Komuniti Yoga Studio) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session for valid reasons. In the event of a cancellation, a session transfer to the following month will be offered first, or a full refund will be processed via your original payment method. We appreciate you’re understanding. Reschedule/Refunds Policy We do understand things do come up and life happens.
