The evening, tailored to small business owners, will include:

• A motivational pep talk from Confidence Coach Megan Holly

• A gentle, basic movement session with Kelly Vida, owner of Zen Loft Collective and Empower Her Fitness

• Flowpresso sessions with Cortney Cox, owner of The Wax Bar & Cryo Vitality Spa

• “Calm the Gut, Calm the Mind” interactive breathing exercises with Yawande Banire, owner of Serene Infusion & Wellness Spa

• Vitamin B shots from Dr. D., owner of You+ Medical Aesthetics

• “Happy Feet: Strong Feet; Strong Foundation” interactive session with Linnea Omholt, owner of Beyond Physio

• A soothing Sound Healing session with Shawna Serrato from Sage Healing Collective

PLUS:

Light snacks and beverages will be provided, including delicious charcuterie cups from Tracey Dulceak, owner of The Eventful Experience
