Moving Through Grief is a four-class yoga series designed to gently support the nervous system while creating space for grief to be acknowledged, felt, and integrated rather than pushed aside.Led collaboratively by Dr. Kim, grief expert, and April Waldrop, yoga teacher, this series weaves evidence-informed grief education with accessible, trauma-sensitive yoga practices. Together, talk and movement address how grief often shows up as tension, fatigue, numbness, restlessness, or overwhelm—and how mindful movement, breath, and stillness can help the brain and body regulate, soften, and reconnect.Each class offers a supportive blend of:Gentle, all-levels movement to release stored tension and restore a sense of groundingBreath practices to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulationGuided reflection and rest to allow grief to move without needing to be fixed or resolvedClasses may be taken individually or as a four-class series.
