This course is perfect for novices looking for an introduction to the safe operation of various firearms.

W.O.H. COVERS THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

• Students will have an understanding of and be able to describe the following topics.
o Safely handling handguns
o 4 firearm safety rules
o Range rules & etiquette
• Students will have a basic understanding of the operation of semi-automatic pistols and revolvers, to include:
o Component identification
o Care and cleaning
o Loading/unloading and clearing.
o Marksmanship fundamentals
o Drawing from a holster
o Ammunition Types
o Gear made for women
$160 for general public / $144.10 for first responders, LE and active military
