January FREE class - Physiology of labor

A one-hour class that walks families through the natural physiology of labor and birth. We cover how the body prepares for labor, the hormonal cascade, the stages of labor, fetal positioning, coping with contractions, and how to support the body’s innate birthing process. This class blends clear, evidence-based information with a holistic, reassuring approach so parents understand what is happening in the body and feel confident navigating labor.
