FREE CPR/AED Training

Gravity is proud to host a free training with Ally Medical.

This is a full CPR/AED course designed to give participants the confidence and skills to respond in an emergency.
The training covers:

* Recognizing cardiac arrest
* Activating emergency response systems
* Performing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
* Using an AED safely and effectively
* Helping a choking victim

Cost: Free of charge
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
Instructor: Certified through the American Heart Association
