April FREE class - Partners Role

A one-hour class designed to help partners feel confident, prepared, and connected throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. We cover practical ways to offer physical and emotional support, comfort measures during labor, communication skills, advocating for the birthing parent, and understanding newborn needs. This class highlights the partner’s essential role as a steady, nurturing presence so families enter birth and postpartum as a strong, unified team.
