Git Shorty is an Ohio native who earned his stripes playing with “The Godfather of Soul,” James Brown in the 1960s, before going on to play with some of the most talented musicians of our lifetimes, including Glenn Campbell and Roy Clark to Michael Jackson and Van Halen.

The 85-year-old national recording artist still plays with the energy and exuberance of a teenager. More than anything, Git Shorty is a showman! He engages the audience for a show that’s exciting, fun, memorable and unlike anything you have had before.

Now, Shorty is joined by Shirley King, daughter of blues legend B.B. King. Shirley is a seasoned vocalist who performed regularly with her father and has continued to be an ambassador in the blues world after his passing!
