…but not always how to heal.

✨ Wednesday Warriors is a gentle yet powerful 6-week healing journey designed for those navigating:

? Grief & loss
? Unresolved pain or trauma
? Anger & emotional overwhelm
? Major life transitions
? Caregiver fatigue & burnout
? Feeling stuck in survival mode

Together, in a safe and supportive small group, we will explore healing through:

? Equine-assisted therapy with Mystic & the EKE herd
? Understanding your nervous system
? Somatic & grounding practices
? Creative & reflective activities
? Shared connection & support
? Safe emotional expression and release

You do not need horse experience.
This is ground-based only (non-riding).

Sometimes the most healing thing is realising:
