You will be guided to move only what feels ready to be explored, creating a sense of safety and empowerment.***************************Sessions begin and end with a meditation - seated, in a circle of cushions on the floor... if this is a problem for you, please just let me know as chairs can easily be provided. Chakradance™️is suitable for all abilities and is designed to meet you where you are. There are no steps or routines to learn and no experience is needed, just come as you are, with an open heart and mind and let everything flow from there...We 'dance' barefoot and eyes closed, in a 'candle' lit room - a deeply held and nurturing space. Eye masks will be available if you wish, to avoid distraction from others in the room...this is your own personal journey.Following the 'dance', we create a mandala artwork to express the mood and feelings brought up in the dance - again, absolutely no 'Art' experience is necessary and all materials will be provided.
