This six-week introductory course will provide you with a solid foundation in essential Buddhist principles and meditation practices. It offers insight into the profound transformation of both self and other that can arise from engaging with the Buddha’s teachings within a vibrant, welcoming community.

Everyone is warmly welcome.

No prior knowledge of either Buddhism or Meditation is required for this course.
If you have done this course before, you are still very welcome to join us again.
