Test yourself on our Fast Flowing 3k Course!
Head down to The P.T Barn and take on our 3k course to finish off the season!
We loved running this course in 2025 and after the amazing feedback, we will be bringing it back for 2026...In fact we will be running the same course!
As you can imagine, the set up is huge, but what takes just as long is the admin with the promo, rules, course map, etc, etc. So to help us create the quality for you we have decided to run the same course. Obviously Obstacle Set Up's will be different, but expect the same route.
We have left the course rules, etc up on our website as well as a course preview video so you can see exactly what you will be getting on the day.
Expect a solid field of Elites as well as a good mix of Age Group Athletes.
Trophy for top 3 in both divisions.
For the series we will be following the same age groups.
- 14-39.
- 40+.
We will also be running an Unofficial wave for 10-13 year olds once all of the previous waves have gone.
