Expect an unforgettable experience, complete with Inspiring Lectures on TCM, Alchemising Yin practices, Breath and deep discussions on how we as Yoga teachers can weave concepts from Chinese Medicine into Yin Classes. No previous yoga teaching experience is needed for this training.  The state of Yin is available to anyone who shows up fully to the practice. However, to cultivate a rich and in depth experience please bring:
an attitude of genuine desire to immerse yourself in this program
a commitment to be present and participate to the best of your ability a willingness to share your experience within group sessions

You may be taking this training to deepen your home practice and understanding of Yin Yoga.
However if you are a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, this week will count as 50hrs of Continued Education.

100% participation is required to receive certification.
