Join Simona for a supportive and empowering Postnatal Yoga Series designed especially for mothers navigating the challenges of the fourth trimester. These classes are a safe way to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and find calm after birth.
This series is ideal for anyone 6+ weeks postpartum (10 weeks after a cesarean) who feels ready to return to gentle movement. Each class combines yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindful relaxation to support your physical and emotional recovery. Along the way, you’ll:

... Connect with other new mothers, share experiences and feel supported
Classes are open to all levels and taught in English, with German translation available if needed. You’re welcome to attend with your baby or come solo for some much-needed me-time.

... Need to miss a class? You can reschedule one session into another series or an open-level yoga class from our ongoing schedule.
We recommend that you let your body heal at least 4 to 6 weeks after vaginal birth (10 weeks for cesarean birth) before attending postnatal yoga classes. Please follow the recommendation of your doctor or midwife.
