The Improvisation Duo "Les Mécaniques", born at the heart of MusikWohnhaus in Basel, is a celebration of the reclaimed harmony between the cyclical and the organic. United by a mutual admiration for the work of Jean Tinguely, the two artists delve into the intricate dance between repetition and variation. In a mecanique world often seen as rigid and mineral-like, they seek to breathe organic life through ever-evolving musical loops and patterns.
