On Sunday 21 June, we're welcoming the Winter Solstice with a special 75-minute session led by Sally Ferris, founder of Wonder Yoga. With over 15 years of teaching experience and retreats held across Bali, Morocco, Italy and Sri Lanka, Sally brings genuine depth and warmth to every class she holds.

This session has been thoughtfully crafted to honour the seasonal shift from darkness toward light, weaving together grounding movement, breathwork, reflection and moments of stillness into something that truly nourishes.

Whether you're a regular on the mat or simply in need of a winter reset, this is a space to soften, land and show up for yourself.

Tickets are $20 per person, with $10 from every ticket going to Torquay Food Aid.

Doors open at 8:30am. Practice begins at 8:45am.

BYO mat, blanket and any props you love. Your ticket includes a warm hot chocolate and energy ball to enjoy afterwards.
