As golden hour unfolds and nature settles into the evening, you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The gentle frequencies can help calm the mind, ease stress and tension, and encourage a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and gift yourself an hour of rest, reflection and reconnection. Surrounded by open skies, fresh air and the peaceful sounds of nature, you’ll be held in a nurturing space designed to help you reset and recharge.

No previous experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound bath or you’re returning for another experience, you are warmly welcome.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for extra comfort
• Warm layers, as the evening may become cool

✨ Accessibility & Sensory Information
This experience includes live crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Sound and vibration levels may vary throughout the session, and different people experience sound in different ways.
If you have sensory sensitivities, hearing sensitivities, PTSD, autism, anxiety around sound, or any other accessibility needs, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether the experience is suitable for you and how we may be able to support your needs.
You are very welcome to bring personal comfort items such as ear defenders or earplugs if these help you feel safe and relaxed.
Your wellbeing is important. You are always free to take a break, step outside, or leave the session at any time should you need to.
Please note that, due to the nature of a live group sound healing experience, individual volume preferences cannot always be accommodated throughout the session.
This event will take place outdoors. In the unlikely event of adverse weather, attendees will be contacted with further information.
Spaces are limited to maintain the peaceful atmosphere, so early booking is recommended.
