Do I need to have done yoga before?
Nope! This retreat is for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, everything is slow, supported, and guided with plenty of options. You’ll be looked after every step of the way.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and comfy, layered clothing, think cosy socks and stretchy things.
All mats, bolsters, blankets, and props are provided, so you don’t need to lug a thing.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Most people do! You’ll be welcomed into a calm, friendly space where connection happens naturally (and quietly, with tea in hand).
Is lunch included?
Yes! A nourishing, festive-inspired lunch is included, along with teas and little seasonal treats.
If you’ve got any dietary needs, just let us know when you book.
What kind of yoga is it?
Mostly restorative and yin-inspired, slow, deep, and soothing.
There’s also a short, gentle movement section (Chakra Flow) to help you reconnect with your energy before we settle back into stillness and sound.
Do I need to bring anything special for the sound session?
Just your curiosity and willingness to rest. You’ll be fully supported with props and blankets, this is pure “lie down and drift away” mode.
What if I fall asleep?
Then you’re doing it right! 😴 That’s half the magic ✨ deep rest is the whole point.
