Shakespeare by the Lake: Much Ado About Nothing

The Bartlett Performing Arts Center and the Tennessee Shakespeare Company present Theatre by the Lake: Much Ado About Nothing. This is a free performance. Pack a cooler, bring your lawn chairs, and spend the evening with us.

Join us on BPACC’s lawn as Tennessee Shakespeare Company performs the classic Shakespeare comedy Much Ado About Nothing. When visitors arrive in Messina, love is in the air as Claudio falls head-over-heels for Hero, the governor’s daughter. Meanwhile, another love story is forming as the soldier Benedick finds himself enjoying the biting wit of Beatrice. Potential pairings are threatened as the villainous Don John interrupts matchmaking efforts with schemes of his own.

In case of rain or inclement weather, this performance will be held inside BPACC.
