On Sunday January 18th, come join us for this special permitted ride through the Bear Notch Road area in Bartlett, NH. The ride starts at 9am and we have a permit from NH Fish & Game so no registration is needed for your sled. The ride is dependent upon enough snow.
PARKING:
Due to last year's overwhelming attendance, we suggest ARRIVE EARLY!
Parking for the ride will be at the parking lot on Bear Notch Rd, access is from Main St (Rt 302) in the center of Bartlett. Kancamaugus side of the road is closed during the winter. Parking is limited, plan on being there before 8AM parking fills up fast. Access to additional parking is limited (weather permitting). Ask one of our volunteers at the event for more details.
When you arrive to the parking lot on Bear notch Road, you will be directed where to park. When the parking lot at the town shed is full, there is secondary parking at the elementary school down the road. CHECK IN AT THE PARKING LOT ON BEAR NOTCH ROAD FIRST. There is no on street parking. We will do everything we can to accommodate everyone, but may have to turn people away.
