The program, presented by Barbara Barrett, highlights women's pivotal, often overlooked roles in the auto world. Topics include early pioneers like Bertha Benz, inventors of safety features and modern consumers who drive majority purchasing decisions that influence design and practicality. 

The free program will be held on Wednesday, March 11 at Bartlett Village Hall, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett and begins at 7:00 pm. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments, if you would like to come early, with a 6:45 p.m. pre-program by the museum on the history of U.S. Highway Route 20 in Bartlett. Barrett’s presentation begins at 7:00 p.m.
