We will be based at Barry Community Water Activity Centre, CF63. 
We will spend the three days exploring and improving our SUP skills through a variety of fun sessions. 
Options to book individual or all three days. 
These sessions will not be cancelled due to poor weather, alternative activities will be arranged to support working families.

A typical day: 
09.00 arrival
09.30 - 11.00 on the water (SUP skills)
11.00 - 11.30 break
11.30 - 1.00 on the water (SUP polo)
1.00 - 1.30 lunch
1.30 - 3.00 on the water (mega SUP fun) 
3.00 - 4.00 clean kit and prepare for finish. 

All equipment is provided if required - board, wetsuit and PFD. Please bring spare warm clothes, suncream, a hat, lunch, drinks and a snack.
