This will be a deeply nourishing day out for you. Held in the yacht club, over looking the stunning views of the harbour.

A place to relax, refresh and revitalise.
When the lights go down and the first bowl is struck, there is nothing more magical than experiencing the deep relaxation and nourishment that the day brings.

This intimate day is about taking time for yourself, to light you up and to reconnect with yourself and look ahead.
8.45am arrival - light refreshments and welcome
9am - Opening Ceremony and intention setting
9.30 am - Guided meditation and Breathwork - take time to be magically transported through a journey of deep relaxation and connection with yourself.
10am - Yoga with the incredible Katie from Noue Yoga
11am-12.30pm - Sauna/Sound Bath 40 mins of each
12.30pm - Lunch
1.15pm - Time to get creative and plant the seeds of growth for who you want to be and what you want to achieve over the next year. Express Yourself - we will be taking the journey deeper through creative therapy to explore ways to express what is hidden to the conscious, and allow the unconscious to come up and be heard. (This is not an art class lesson, what you create will be unique and personal to you)
Optional Extra - During this time you will also be able to choose between a card reading or reiki treatment if you wish.
3.40pm - Closing ceremony
4pm - Finish
