About Craftygrimsby
I’ve been needle felting for roughly 10 years and running workshops for 7.
My workshops are relaxed and friendly and I happily encourage beginners to all of my workshops currently, although some are easier to start with than others. You will learn to needle felt and end up with a finished product or the knowledge and materials to finish off at home.
You will learn to use the tools to sculpt the core shape and then cover with colour, add highlights and shading, a little like painting with wool.
Then we add detail and finishing touches like wire legs and eyes.
Please ensure you message to book onto a workshop via a message. marking yourself as going or commenting on a post or event doesn’t always get back to me. I’ll try and answer booking messages promptly but please message me again if I haven’t replied, I might not have seen it.
Please arrive at workshops a little before the start time to find a seat, settle down and sign the waver ready to begin at the start time. We generally need all the time to finish the objects.
I am quite ambitious with the project I set for each workshop so I do try to keep it flowing to ensure you have been given all the steps by the end.
No need to bring anything with you, apart from payment which can be in the form of cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

I’ll try and book a mixture of evening, daytime and weekend workshops in a variety of areas but if you know of an area or venue that might be suitable please let me know.
I can also do private group workshops so if you have a group of friends, family or colleagues you only need 5 to book. It can be held at a home or local venue. Starting at £25 per person.
