The afternoon will consist of 2 shorter journeys, initiating you for the full sound immersion.
Journey 1- My breath is the Gateway,
Journey 2 -My body is the vessel of my Essence,
Journey 3 -My Essence is my Soul

When we are cocooned in sound in a sacred safe space, a powerful bypassing of the thinking mind occurs, creating the space for freedom, healing and transformation.
As we experience ourselves fully as a vibrational being, we realise our Oneness with  all creation As the mass illusion of the separation of spirit (energy) and matter fades away, you open to the joy, creativity and power of your true self

Connect with you expansive nature and transcend energetic blockages with the alchemy of Shamanic drum, Himalayan/ crystal bowls, chimes, great gongs, voice and more.....

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING - Good to wear comfortable clothing and something to lie on, blankets and cushions, so you are super cosy as you are immersed in the healing tones of these sacred instruments (you can remain seated too if you prefer) please bring Drinking water and any refreshments you may need ❤
