Taking an introductory Strength and Sculpt pop-up class is the perfect way to experience this game-changing workout.

Strength & Sculpt is our signature class that blends low-impact, functional movement with resistance-based equipment for incredible results. By working every muscle group in the body, you'll get a dynamic sculpting and toning work out that builds stability, mobility, and full-body strength.

After the class, our team members will be on hand to share more about what to expect from the studio and membership options.
