We begin with Yev’s ceremonial tea activation — a sensory ritual using aroma, taste, and mindful presence to help your body drop into a relaxed, theta-like state. This first cup gently grounds you and opens your energetic channels.

Once the body is softened, Victoria guides you through breathwork + grounding, preparing your field for the inner journey.

Then the portal opens.

You’ll be led through a gentle shamanic journey using breath, sound, and visualization to receive clarity, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner light.

After returning from your journey, Yev introduces a second tea blend, chosen to help integrate what you received — soothing, balancing, and anchoring the energy into your body.

We then create space for:
