- **Event Description**: Join us in February for the second installment of a new year workshop series. This month we are revisiting our Introduction to Qi. Even if you have attended the inaugural one, there are new layers added. This is a session where we will explore what the mind and body can benefit from in practice from martial arts to meditation. This includes a look into sources of qi, how this energy is essential and ways to maximize what you have.  

Session fees:
dojo members -  $10/workshop
non-members - $20/workshop

In March we explore yangsheng practices. This includes some daoyin activities from Zhubing yuanhou lun (Treatise on the Origins and Symptoms of Medical Disorders).
