Join us and The Grant County Collaborative on January 19 at West Central Area Secondary School in Barrett, Minnesota for an evening focused on the hidden crisis of microplastics.
We’ll kick things off with a screening of Plastic People: The Hidden Crisis of Microplastics, a documentary that uncovers how tiny plastic particles have infiltrated our environment—and our bodies.
After the screening, stay for a thought-provoking discussion about what this means for public health, local ecosystems, and our everyday choices.
Whether you’re passionate about environmental justice, curious about the science behind microplastics, or simply looking to learn more, this event is for you. Let’s talk about what’s at stake—and how we can be part of the change.
This event is free and open to everyone, and a meal will be provided.
We’ll start with the meal at 5:30 p.m., then begin the film at 6 p.m., with a community discussion to follow.
